Heirloom Ornament

These Christmas tree ornaments are simply amazing!  We released these for the first time in 2023, and the feedback was overwhelming.  Let’s just say that we cried watching the videos of grandmas and loved ones crying happy tears.   We are very grateful to be able to be part of making the holidays extra special, especially for those with recent passing of loved ones.

As a gift, they are magical, just by the technical nature and the novelty of how they work.  The optical illusion is accomplished by manufacturing a custom lithophane (designed as an orb) using just a single color resin.  By varying the thicknesses of the walls, details and shadowing pop out a very high resolution photographic image..that magically appears when light passes through.

But the extra Wow! factor is that we do this with your most precious memories. We take your photographs and carefully enhance them to convert into a 3 dimensional drawing. That is then used to manufacture your very own keepsake ornament.

The process:

1. Place your order for ornament. Please only submit 1 ornament design per order.  You can place a single order with multiple copies of your created ornament (or order more copies of your unique creation in the future).  But the approval process we use, in an effort to ensure you get what you design, requires tracking each design on its own.

2. Submit Photos for use on ornament.  You can elect to use several photos, to wrap around the ornament. We will enhance the photos for best illumination and presentation. Each ornament can have up to 4 standard photos.  (no additional cost).  This process can take up to 1 day to complete.

3. We send you a photo of the model design for approval.  Here you can make minor suggestions and adjustments, but this isn’t “can you photoshop my grandma flying an airplane?”. This is for basic background changes or photo correction touch-ups.  At this point, you can still cancel and get 100% refund.

4. You give approval of design. If everything looks as you want, we go to next step of actually making the first ornament.

5. We manufacture a single ornament of your design. An individual ornament takes 5-6 hours to complete.  Photos of the actual real-world ornament are sent to you for final approval.

6. We send photos of actual finished ornaments, before shipping, for final approval. If everything looks good, any additional ornaments for the order will be produced.
